Our property is managed by LBI Front Desk.  They do the weekly cleaning and any necessary maintenance for us to ensure you have a clean house without any issues while you’re on vacation.  They’re also available to provide concierge services for you, our tenants.

• Grocery shopping and unpacking – imagine having the refrigerator filled with all your favorite food when you arrive at the house!

• Liquor shopping – be ready for that first sunset on the day you arrive with your favorite cocktail
