Welcome to 1038G (Friends Way) in Beautiful North Beach. A bayfront property on private easement with 100 ft wide open water views and deeded ocean access across the street and only 8 houses to the ocean. Our house offers 2 living areas, an extra-large ground level deck with fire pit, 7-person Hot Tub and in-ground pool in a fenced yard.
The kitchen offers a Viking gas range, Bosch dishwasher, and Subzero refrigerator. With plenty of room for the family in its 5 bedrooms, multiple decks for watching the sunset, a game room and much more, you will want to book this one soon!
12 Beach passes offered as well as a beach cart and 12 beach chairs - tenant to replace if lost or damaged.

LBI Shuttle Service

The great benefit of our home’s location is that it allows you significant privacy but its just a short ride to most of the island’s main attractions. The LBI Shuttle Service runs along the Long Beach Boulevard for the whole island. It will take you wherever you want to go for $2.00 until 7:00 p.m. and $5.00 after 7:00 p.m. The shuttle runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The schedule changes year to year but its typically:
8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday thru Wednesday
8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Thursday thru Saturday

We’ll send you a rental agreement via HelloSign.
Payment schedule:
25% of the rent due upon signing the agreement,
50% due by January 1st
Balance, plus a refundable $1,500 security and cleaning deposit, required 45 days prior to arrival
Assuming there are no issues, deposit refunded within 4 weeks of departure
Check-out Process
Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Make sure to leave the lanyard with the 12 beach tags. There is a $50/tag fee to replace them.
Properly dispose of trash and recyclables per instructions at the house.
Empty refrigerator and freezer of all food and clean any spills.
Please empty dishwasher and do not leave any dirty dishes or pots and pans in the sink.
Wipe off all counter tops, tables, and stove.
Please leave the house, inside and outside, in a clean and neat condition. Remove everything you took in and place trash in proper receptacles.
Clean outside grill.
Close up the umbrella on the lower deck.
Close the awning on the upper deck.
Ensure all furniture is positioned as you found it.
